To all who are instructors, class members, City Council or City Employee wishing to attend any session of the 12-week Citizen Police Academy class –

The class is still scheduled from Tues. Feb. 21 to Tues. May 16 – BUT – Not at the CPD Training/Conference Room!

We have had to make a change in the class location. Classes, other than SWAT/K-9 and Graduation, and City Hall/Metro 911 Tour will be held at City Hall, on the Mezzanine level (M), where the Emergency Services Operations Center had been previously.  You can park in the Shanklin Garage behind City Hall, we will stamp your parking stub.  Use the alley-side elevator from 1st floor, get off on M, turn right and it will be at end of hall on left.  We can start at 6:30pm now instead of 6:45pm, we won’t have to wait for an earlier class to finish.  We will bring an LCD projector if you can use one, but we may not have other equipment you are accustomed to having, so please contact me about your audio-visual needs.  Thank you, Sgt. V. Strege, 348-6411
