Your neighbors and business owners in Charleston’s East End are working to decrease crime. A partnership between law enforcement agencies and neighbors has been formed as part of the Hard Time For Gun Crime initiative. Keep this flyer on-hand so that you know how to report crime and other neighborhood concerns. Emergency Phone Numbers
